چکیده

آموزش نیروی انسانی متخصص از ارکان پیشرفت صنعت معدن کشور است. یکی از پیش شرط های اساسی برنامه ریزی مؤثر برای ایجاد تحول در آموزش معدن و مواد کشور، در اختیار داشتن اطلاعات کامل و صحیح از گذشته و حال آموزش این رشته هاست. در این مقاله، پس از بیان مطالبی درباره ضرورت ساماندهی اطلاعات در بانک های اطلاعاتی، خلاصه اقدامات انجام شده در زمینه طراحی، تهیه و راه اندازی پایگاه (بانک ) آموزش معدن و مواد ایران ارائه می شود. تا این تاریخ کلیه اطلاعات گردآوری شده در زمینه برنامه های آموزشی، مراکز آموزشی، آموزشگران و دانش آموختگان معدن، متالورژی و مواد کشور در این پایگاه ذخیره شده و پایگاه مورد بحث از آغاز سال 1380 در اختیار وزارت صنایع و معادن ایران قرار گرفته است.

One of the basic prerequisites for any effective planning, as well as revision of higher education programs is the access to the relevant information about the past and present status of the relevant programs. Present article discusses the process of designing and developing a database for mining, metallurgy and material engineering education in Iran. This database covers different aspects, such as: details of approved degree programs, information about universities and other higher education institutes offering these courses, as well as statistics on their academic members and graduates. This database is in operation on their academic members and graduates. This database in operation in Ministry of Industry and Mines of Iran, since mid-2001.
