چکیده
اهمیت آموزش و لزوم برنامه‌ریزی آموزشی و ضرورت ابزار طرح درس به ویژه در آموزشهای مهندسی امری انکارناپذیر است، از این رو، نیاز به استاندارد بودن و به روز بودن آن به‌منظور ارائه طرح درسی با جامعیت و کیفیت بهتر امری ضروری و اجتناب‌ناپذیر است. طرح درس برنامه‌ای از پیش تعیین شده است که نوع، تعداد و واحد دروسی را که دانشجویان در رشته‌ها و سطوح مختلف موظف به گذراندن آن هستند، مشخص می‌کند. به‌‌روزرسانی و بازنگری طرح درسها به‌منظور ارتقای سطح کیفی آموزشی کشور، متناسب با شرایط روز جامعه و جهان، امری ضروری است. در این پژوهش مدلی برای طراحی طرح درس ارائه شده است. بدین منظور وجود داشتن یک رویه مناسب در ایجاد و طراحی طرح درسها ضروری است. در این تحقیق با توجه به کارایی بالای ابزارQFD برای درک نیازهای مشتریان و تبدیل صدای مشتری به مشخصات فنی، این ابزار مد نظر قرار گرفته و بر اساس پژوهشهای انجام شده، مدلی مناسب بر پایه ابزار QFD برای طراحی طرح‌درس ارائه و از آن برای یک نمونه کاربردی در رشته مهندسی صنایع استفاده شده است. در نتیجه این امر ضرورت تغییر برخی طرح درسها استخراج شد که مهمترین این تغییرات ایجاد سرفصلهای نرم‌افزاری و گنجاندن پروژه‌های اجرایی و عملی است و البته، شایان ذکر است که در خصوص برخی دروس، تغییر ساعت درسی (افزایش واحد درسی) و گنجاندن مباحث جدیدتر نیز از جمله نتایج به‌دست آمده است.

The importance of training and curriculum and the necessity of curriculum as a tool, especially in engineering education, is undeniable. As a result, being standard and up-to-date for presenting a high quality and comprehensive curriculum is not avoidable. Curriculum is a program of the types, numbers and units of courses that students in different fields and levels are obliged to pass. These curricula should be revised to promote the quality of education in the country, according to the social and political conditions of the society and the world, to achieve the highest quality of educated students. In this article we are looking for a model for “curriculum". So a proper methodology for understanding our customers’ needs in creation and design of the curriculum is essential. In this study, according to the high performance of the QFD tool for understanding customer's needs and becoming the voice of the customer to technical specifications, we choose this tool and use it for a case study in the industrial engineering major. As a result the importance of changing some curricula is derived: "Creating software topics" and "the inclusion of practical projects". These changes included, and also in some other lessons ascending the course of those lessons and the inclusion of new topics are other conclusions that are derived from the QFD-based model.
