Studies on Equipment Facilities and Human Resources for Establishing Master Science Education Courses in Iran
The structure of human knowledge depends on the quality of higher education and the use of new subjects of science in the higher schools and universities. Although today science has achieved great advances in both quantity and quality in the world, but in our country, there are great differences with the developed countries. One basic lack is due to unavailable graduate school for the Master of Science Education in Iran. In this article, we have discussed the conditions and terms to establishing such higher education discipline and schools, in our country. The studies show that we need special laboratories, educational materials, IT workshop and educational resource centers and systems. The qualified teachers and appropriate students are discussed and other requirements are elaborated.

History of Human Knowledge of Oil and Tar Derived from Excavation Findings and Old Iranian and Greek Writings
Historical evidence shows that in the past four thousand years the Iranians have been acquainted with oil and tar and have used them in their every day life. They knew the location of the oil reservoirs as well. Statues and stamps, made from tar, belonging to 1600 B.C., discovered in Khoozestan and presently kept in archaeological museum in Tehran; references in Greek and Roman literature to oil and its use; description of the oil reservoirs and their location by Arab historians and references to oil and tar in Persian poetry, support this claim. References in Persian literature and poetry show that Iranians knew the art of refining and refined oil for the first time at about 1000 years ago.

The Role of the Internet in the Educational and Research Engineering Laboratories of Engineering Faculties
The World Wide Web has provided an opportunity for design and analysis of control systems through the Internet. An increasing number of Web-based software packages have been developed to enhance the teaching and design of control systems. Today, one of the most popular applications in control systems is remote laboratories. First, the concept and background information of the remote laboratory" are described. The two main parts, the simulation and the control of real systems, are explained in detail with the specific underlying methods and techniques. Finally, experiences and new approaches to actual and future development are given.

A Review of International Strategies for the Improvement of Faculty Members Teaching Skill in Engineering Education in Denmark
Increasing emphasis is being placed on establishing teaching and learning centers at the institutional level with the stated objective of improving the quality of teaching and education. In order to address this, Danish engineering institutions have created a national partnership to facilitate staff and faculty development. The national Pedagogical Network for Engineering Education (IPN), based in Ballerup, Denmark, was founded in 1996 and targets quality pedagogical and curriculum development of all Danish engineering education institutions: universities and colleges. This article describes Denmark’s IPN, and also offer reflections on the advantages and disadvantages of this strategy.
