تحلیل مزیت رقابتی تعاملات علمی بین‌المللی با استفاده از شاخص ضریب مکانی: مورد مطالعه انتشارات علمی مهندسی صنایع

چکیده

همکاری­های علمی بین­المللی در فرایند بین­المللی شدن دانشگاه­ها و مؤسسات آموزش عالی عاملی مهم و اثرگذار محسوب می­شود. شاخص کمّی اندازه­گیری این نوع تعاملات، انتشارات علمی بین­المللی است. مقالات علمی منتشر شده به­صورت
بین­المللی یکی از مهم­ترین شاخص­ها در این زمینه است. در این مطالعه انتشارات علمی بین­المللی مهندسی صنایع در جهان و ایران با رویکرد رقابت­پذیری از طریق شاخص ضریب مکانی با تمرکز  بر انتشارات علمی مهندسی صنایع ایران تحلیل شده است. مبنای داده­ای این مطالعه تعداد148240 رکورد اطلاعات کتابشناختی مقالات منتشر شده در 55 نشریه در زمینه مهندسی صنایع و تمرکز ویژه به 3424 مقاله تولید شده توسط محققان ایرانی در 50 سال گذشته با روش پیمایشی ـ  توصیفی بود. نتایج حکایت از آن دارد که تولیدات مهندسی صنایع در دهه­های اخیر رشد فزاینده  و جهشی داشته است. در بررسی کشورهای برتر در انتشار مقالات بین­المللی در این زمینه کشورهای آمریکا، چین و انگلستان هستند. مقایسه کمّی انتشارات علمی بین­المللی کشور ایران با دیگر کشورها در این زمینه نشان
می­دهد که جایگاه پانزدهم جهان و نخست منطقه را دارد. بررسی مزیت رقابتی انتشارات علمی بین­المللی مهندسی صنایع ایران با همکاری دیگر کشورها  با  استفاده از شاخص ضریب مکانی نشان می­دهد که از نظر کمّیت و کیفیت در قیاس با کل انتشارات علمی   بین­المللی مهندسی صنایع در جهان و کل انتشارات علمی مهندسی در ایران از مزیت رقابتی نسبی نسبتاً بالایی برخوردار است.

International scientific collaborations are an important and influential factor in the process of internationalization of universities and higher education institutions. The quantitative measure of this type of interaction is the international scientific output. Internationally published scientific articles play the most role. In this paper, the international scientific publication of industrial engineering in the world and Iran has been analyzed with a competitiveness approach through a Location Quotient Index (LQI) focusing on Iranian industrial engineering publication. The data base of this study is the 148240 records of bibliographic information of articles published in 55 journals in the field of industrial engineering and special focus on 3424 articles published by Iranian researchers in the last 50 years by descriptive survey method. The results indicate that industrial engineering production has been growing and leaping in recent decades. The top countries in the publication of international articles in this field are the US, China and the United Kingdom. A quantitative comparison of Iran's international scientific publication with that of other countries shows that it ranks 15th in the world and first in the region. Investigating the competitive advantage of international industrial engineering production of Iran in cooperation with other countries using the LQI shows that in terms of quantity and quality compared to total international industrial engineering publication in the world and total engineering publication in Iran, it has a relatively high relative competitive advantage
