چکیده

یکی از وظایف دانشگاهها، که مهم‌ترین و مؤثرترین نهادهای آموزشی به حساب می‌آیند، این است که ‌باید دانشجویان را به‌گونه‌ای تربیت کنند که هر دانش آموخته‌ای بتواند متناسب با رشته و مدرک دانشگاهی خود جذب بازار کار شود، ولی مشکل بیشتر دانشگاهها این است که نمی توانند دانشجویان را به درستی برای بازار کار تربیت کنند. مطالعه تجربه‌های دانشگاه آلبورگ در زمینه تربیت مهندسان کارآزموده نشان می‌دهد که چگونه دانشجو در طول مدت تحصیل موارد عملی را یاد می‌گیرد تا وقتی که وارد بازار کار شد بتواند از عهده وظایفش برآید؛ به‌عبارت دیگر، دانشجویان به‌گونه‌ای تعلیم می‌بینند که بتوانند به‌صورت نظری-کاربردی تحصیل کنند و درنتیجه، تخصص و کارایی لازم را در رشته مورد نظر به دست آورند تا در بازار کار جذب همان رشته‌ای شوند که در آن تخصص یافته‌اند. در واقع، رشته های مهندسی را طوری طراحی می‌کنند که نتیجه کار دانش آموختگان عینی‌تر، محسوس‌تر و کاربردی‌تر شود.

چکیده [English]

One of the most important objectives of universities is to train their students in a manner that they could find a job related to their educational background after graduation. But one of the difficulties that most academic sectors are faced with is that their graduates cannot easily find a job related to their educational background. Implementation of Problem Based learning with a high degree of focus on the integration of real life engineering problems. A case study from Aalborg University also shows how establishing a university in a region with only little industrial activity can stimulate and to a high extend be the basis for a development of this region to an industrial community with world class competence. The students participate in courses in which they face the real life engineering problems and this will help them to have better opportunities to find a job in industrial sectors after graduation.
