چکیده

 آموزش مهندسان یک سیستم دو بعدی از تعلیم و تربیت است که نادیده گرفتن هر یک به ترتیب، به پرورش نیروی کار بهره¬وری مادی و معنوی منجر خواهد شد. بعد تربیتی آموزش، مهندس را قادر می¬سازد تا به بهترین نحو ارتباط بر قرار سازد، استدلال کند و بهترین تصمیمات را با در نظر گرفتن ضوابط اخلاقی و معنوی بگیرد؛ لذا، آموزش و مطالعه اخلاق مهندسی در قالب یک واحد درسی، دانش¬پژوهان را برای زندگی و آینده حرفه¬ای آماده خواهد ساخت. نیل به این مهم زمانی ممکن می¬شود که آموزش بر مبنای الگویی صحیح و منظم صورت گیرد. در مقاله حاضر الگویی سازمان یافته به منظور آموزش مؤثر اخلاق مهندسی و حرفه¬ای ارائه شده است. این الگو متشکل از چهار بخش: اهداف، سرفصلها، نحوه تدریس و نتایج مورد انتظار است که در چهار سطح تنظیم شده است. بخشهای چهارگانه یاد شده با ارتقای سطوح تدریس تغییر می¬کند و از مبانی اولیه و آشنایی با وظایف مهندسان به ارزیابیها و انتقادات اخلاقی تکامل می¬یابد.

چکیده [English]

 Engineering education is a two-phase system of tuition and manner, which any lack of attention to each leads to upbringing professionals inefficient in both material and mental points of view, respectively. The manner phase makes engineer capable of communicating, arguing, reasoning, and making decision in the most impressive manner. Hence, the education of engineering ethics at university might prepare students to face the professional life readily. This ability is possible if only they are educated in the light of an organized new curriculum program. The aim of the current paper is to support such a modified program. The proposed curriculum map includes four parts of scopes, topics, teaching methods, and outcomes, regulated at four levels. These parts would be upgraded from fundamentals of engineering profession up to moral evaluations and criticisms.
