Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of automobile production after sale services technical training courses, on the improvement of trainees skills. In order to assess the effect of these courses, the following abilities of questioning the customer, systems recognition, root cause recognition, guesses control prioritizing, defects control, defects correcting, defect correcting control and also level of academic education, job position and type of training courses were assessed. The survey method is applied, descriptive, survey search and relationship. Research statistical community included 2670 participants who took part in these courses in 2012. Using Chocran formula, 1422 of personal were tested. The information collecting tool was a questionnaire which consisted of 7 questions. The validity of questionnaire content was approved by academic university lecturers and their opinions were taken into consideration. Also the questionnaire reliability was approved by using the Cronbachs Alpha (0.759) method. To measure the assumptions, Wilcox on, Kruskal-Wallis, Man Whitney and Pearson correlation test were used. The result indicated that in the first 7 abilities, the training courses resulted in the rise of participants technical skills. Also there was positive and significant correlation between academic educations and the rise in trainees skill marks. The relation between position in dealership and the rise in trainees skill marks revealed significant effect. The participants marks indicated significant difference in various skill evaluating courses.
