The statistical population of this study included industrial employers and engineering graduates of Urmia University, which was selected by stratified sampling method based on Morgan table. The research method used is descriptive-survey. The measurement tool and data collection tool in this study was a questionnaire whose validity and reliability were examined and confirmed in the present study. SPSS 23 software was used for data analysis. The results of data analysis show that the average of all non-technical skills of Urmia University graduates in terms of employers is higher than the theoretical average, which is at a desirable level.In the ranking of skills, by surveying graduates, in critical skills from the highest and in emotional intelligence skills from the lowest average, and from the point of view of employers, graduates had the highest in responsibility skills and lowest average in creativity skills. It is recommended that the approved curriculum that the university considers for engineering disciplines to improve non-technical skills should be such that the curriculum is designed in according with the current and future needs of engineering organizations. Holding class projects, education and training essential skills that can develop students’ emotional intelligence and creativity skills should be considered.}, keywords = {Fourth Industrial Revolution,non-technical skills,Employers,Graduates}, title_fa = {بررسی وضعیت و اولویت بندی مهارت‌های غیر فنی فارغ التحصیلان رشته‌های مهندسی در انقلاب صنعتی چهارم از دیدگاه کارفرمایان و فارغ التحصیلان}, abstract_fa = {پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی و اولویت بندی مهارت‌های غیر فنی مورد نیاز رشته‌های مهندسی دانشگاه ارومیه صورت گرفته است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کارفرمایان صنعت و فارغ التحصیلان رشته‌های مهندسی دانشگاه ارومیه بود که به روش نمونه گیری طبقه‌ای، بر اساس جدول مورگان، نمونه لازم انتخاب گردید. روش تحقیق مورد استفاده، توصیفی- پیمایشی است. ابزار اندازه گیری و ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در این پژوهش، پرسشنامه بود که روایی و پایایی آن در تحقیق حاضر مورد بررسی و تأیید قرار گرفت. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم افزار SPSS 23 استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل از تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها، گویای این مطلب است که میانگین تمامی مهارت‌های غیر فنی فارغ التحصیلان دانشگاه ارومیه از نظر کارفرمایان، بالاتر از میانگین نظری است که در سطح مطلوبی قرار دارد. در رتبه بندی مهارت‌ها، با نظر سنجی، از نظر فارغ التحصیلان، آنان در مهارت انتقادی از بالاترین و در مهارت هوش هیجانی از پایین‌ترین میانگین و از نظر کارفرمایان، فارغ التحصیلان در مهارت مسئولیت پذیری از بالاترین و در مهارت خلاقیت از پایین‌ترین میانگین برخوردار بودند. توصیه می‌شود برنامه درسی مصوبی که دانشگاه برای رشته‌های مهندسی، جهت ارتقای مهارت‌های غیر فنی در نظر می‌گیرد، باید به صورتی باشد که محتوای درسی مطابق با نیازهای فعلی و آینده سازمان‌های مهندسی طراحی شود. برگزاری پروژه‌های کلاسی، تحصیل و آموزش مهارت‌های ضروری به گونه‌ای مورد توجه قرار گیرد که بتواند مهارت‌های هوش هیجانی و خلاقیت را در دانشجویان پرورش دهد.}, keywords_fa = {Fourth Industrial Revolution,non-technical skills,Employers,Graduates}, url = {https://ijee.ias.ac.ir/article_148773.html}, eprint = {https://ijee.ias.ac.ir/article_148773_3627546bae352bec3351fe61f385b7f8.pdf} }
