This applied studyfell into the category of descriptive/surveyresearch. Statistical population consisted of all teachersof Electrical Engineering faculty atShiraz University andall electrical engineers of Fars Regional Electric Company. Sixty-nineengineers are selectedas a sample while all teachers (16 teachers) answered the questions. To collect the data, a questionnaire is designed and distributed.  Questionnaire validity is tested by face/ content approach while its reliability is confirmed by Cronbach's alpha and split-half methods. To analyze the data, some methods including Kolmogorov/Smirnov, binomial, t-test and Friedman are performed. Findings showed that from the viewpoint of teachers, accounting, correspondence courses are of moderate importance, and other courses including technical reporting, law, employer relations, management, intellectual property, environment and energy are very important. Despitethisfact,electrical engineers believed that legal and accounting courses are less importantthan other courses. Furthermore, teachers opposite to electrical engineers, put the legal and intellectual property courses ina higher level of importance.}, keywords = {Higher education,electrical engineering,Electrical engineering Training,Electrical Engineering Complementary Courses}, title_fa = {تحلیلی بر لزوم ارائه دروس مکمل از علوم اجتماعی و انسانی برای دانشجویان و دانش‌آموختگان رشته مهندسی برق}, abstract_fa = {در این تحقیق، نظرات اساتید و شاغلان صنعت برق در مورد اهمیت ارایه برخی دروس مربوط به حوزه حقوق، مدیریت، ارتباطات و حسابداری برای دانشجویان رشته مهندسی برق بررسی گردیده است. این تحقیق از نظر هدف تحقیقی کاربردی و از نظر روش تحقیقی توصیفی/ پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری کلیه اساتید رشته برق دانشگاه شیراز و شاغلان صنعت برق در شرکت برق منطقه ای استان فارس می باشند. نمونه برای جامعه آماری اساتید به روش سرشماری و برای شاغلان به میزان 69 نفر بدست آمده است. جهت جمع آوری داده ها از ابزار پرسشنامه استفاده شد که روایی آن به روش ظاهری/ محتوایی و پایایی آن به دو روش آلفای کرونباخ و روش دو نیم کردن تایید گردید. در تحلیل داده ها نیز از آزمون های کولوموگروف/ اسمیرنوف، دوجمله ای، تی تست و فریدمن استفاده شده است. یافته‌های آماری نشان می‌دهد از نظر اساتید، دروس مرتبط با حسابداری و نامه‌نگاری اداری از اهمیت متوسطی برخوردار بوده و سایر دروس از جمله گزارش‌دهی فنی، حقوق، روابط با کارفرما، مدیریت، مالکیت‌معنوی، محیط‌زیست و انرژی از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. این در حالی است که از نظر شاغلان در صنعت، دروس حقوقی و حسابداری دارای اهمیتی متوسط و سایر دروس اهمیتی بالا داشته‌اند. یافته دیگر آن است که در مورد دروس حقوقی و مالکیت معنوی، نظرات اساتید و شاغلان متفاوت بوده و این اساتید بوده‌اند که اهمیت بالاتری برای این دروس قائل شده‌اند.}, keywords_fa = {آموزش عالی,مهندسی برق,آموزش مهندسی برق,دروس مکمل مهندسی برق,تحلیل}, url = {https://ijee.ias.ac.ir/article_31968.html}, eprint = {https://ijee.ias.ac.ir/article_31968_d47c284356529db385d599c3fc644757.pdf} }
