In recent years, there have been various attempts for determining the influencing factors on college students' satisfaction and success. One of the most important factors is experience curriculum. The aim of this study was the determining role of experienced curriculum on satisfaction and success of Engineering and Applied Science students. For this propose 117 of senior students from engineering colleges in Shiraz University were selected. Using SPSS and LISREL software's data analysis, results indicated: 1- The experienced curriculum was the meaningful mediator for success of senior students. 2- All the experienced curriculum variables were the meaningful mediators for success of senior students.

Engineering training in our country has not benefited from of experimental researches. In the current study the method of response production encouragement regards less of error, and traditional method of learning with assessment (without error) is compared. Encouragement to produce responses without care of appraisal was used successfully in Toyota company as a dominate method. In this research sample of engineering graduates was compared in problem solving of engineering essence. Findings indicate that the first group was superior as compared with-the second group in Flanagan Industrial Tests (innovation, programming, field independent thought and judgment). Suggestions are made on the basis of conclusions to persuade such stills among engineering students.

Education in architecture, like the education in other artistic fields, is one of the challenging issues in the artistic and educational centers throughout the world. Enjoying creativity in these fields, especially in the architectural design, is among the main challenging problems that the students face. Paying due attention to the creativity of students as well as its development approaches in the lessons of architectural design have been among the main goals of the present research. Therefore the authors, after completion of a thorough and comprehensive library research and literature review, come across this conclusion that creativity is not only an ability that can be developed, but also there are various methods for its development, like enhancing creativity through enjoying others, knowledge and experiments. According to this principle, creativity can be improved by proper methods of knowledge and experiments transfer. This principle, being also emphasized in educational psychology, in chosen as the theoretical frame of the present research. Thus the authors designed and distributed a questionnaire consisting of three proposed methods to determine the best method of knowledge of and experiment transfer to the students in architectural design, along with other related questions including demographic questions. Analysis of the collected data, suggested the Interaction of Teacher and Senior Students in a Common Atelier as the best method in the view of the students who participated in the study. It was also proposed as a method of atelier management. Further emphasis on the key role of teachers in the transfer of the reality of creativity’s development potential was among the other main results of the present research

University, as a dynamic system, generates thought, knowledge and approaches that can help the industry to optimize its operations. But this system has less inner evaluation and doesn’t pay attention to optimizing its systemic processes such as industry (= consumer) relationship management (CRM). Updating-oriented policy to interact with environment by university is necessary to reach financial capacity and to present best education, research, and consultant services to industry. The main objective of present paper is to design and formulate university-industry relationship management (UIRM) based on CRM. First, the paper explains the perspectives, dimensions and mechanism of UIRM, then analyze the principles and characteristics of UIRM. This will be presented by three related models. The first is a total and initial model which has seven phases for fundamental relationships, the second one includes six phases that is especially for technical and engineering disciplines. The last is a special model for social and human disciplines and has eight phases. Applied balanced score card analysis offers performance evaluation of UIRM. How to use the sales forces, marketing tactics and marketing information and communication capabilities are the other fields that the paper places emphasis on. Result produces a Reengineering approach to UIRM based on dynamic interactions with industry.

The risk of an event or indefinite condition, if occurs, will have a positive or negative effect on one of the project's purposes. In fact a risk has a cause, and if happens, has several effects. Risk management is a systematic process which is used for diagnosis, analysis, answering, and measurement of the risk on any project. The main purpose of the risk management process is the effective management of risks. In every process, the use of related instruments for achieving the aims of process is customary. The risk management process is not an exception to this rule. The risk of matrix is one of the useful implements in risk management process. In fact the risk enables us not only to detect the risk, but also gives us an answer for measuring and controlling the risks of main project. This paper introduces the risks of project and process of matrix risk formation for better comprehension of topic we have used a sample research related to Iran's industries and two sample researches related to the industries of India. In each of these researches, the effective risk has been determined, then the matrix of risk has been formed and finally the number of risk is obtained. Through the risk number we decide to makes right decision. (In fact by use of risk number one can determine that the risk could be controlled or not).

Today, communities’ capitals such as manpower and financial resource have cumulated in universities and industries because of significant growth of these two parts. With daily increasing development of sciences and industries, the distance between these two critical elements of communities is increasing. Reduction of the distance between science and industry on the one hand and decrement of researches’ costs conducted in commercialization on the other has stimulated communities to use new tools entitled incubators. These incubators today have local and temporal boundaries. Moreover these incubators have low flexibility and performance variety. In order to optimize allocation of limited resources, incubators have been forced to act in a specified university or area and sometimes, define severe employment and support rules. Virtual incubators, because of their popularity and market universality, resulted from their virtual shay and ability to apply information technology, have employment power and comprehensiveness in national and international level through enhancement of small and medium industries. In this paper, we describe concepts of incubators and their evolution and examine their performance in commercialization of researches findings. Then we introduced virtual incubators and their increasing role in economical development and optimized use of resources. Consequently, virtual incubators model, by applying modern technologies as a powerful agent for removing employment problem and making economical development from macro influence point of view are presented.

In recent years, developments of communication networks and communication technology have created new opportunities, and consequently new challenges through the real-time applications, monitoring and controlling remote system. After reviewing previous works, this paper describes and develops a Computer Network-Based system for controlling and monitoring commercial and military applications. It introduces remote controlling via computer networks and explains the designing steps of a system. Then, the benefits of a web-based method are mentioned, while explaining VPN networks as a new approach to provide safety for these remote control systems. At the end, it draws a comparison with similar security approaches, economic explanation of this method and specific features of this method.
