The research method was applied and in terms of data collection, it was descriptive of correlation type. The statistical population was all the students of Technical and Engineering Faculties of Tehran University, 306 of whom were selected by stratified random sampling. In order to collect data, entrepreneurship questionnaires, engineering professional ethics and researcher-made questionnaires of competencies required by engineering science graduates were used. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by using the content validity of the construct and their reliability with Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. The data were analyzed using regression coefficient tests and structural equation models. The results showed that the entrepreneurship status of students is directly and indirectly affected by the predictor variables of professional ethics and learned competencies. Also all the components are reported as favorable and very favorable and the data model has a good fit, so the hypothesis of “the assumed model of the causal relationship between the competencies required by the graduates of engineering sciences and entrepreneurship with the mediation of professional ethics” has been confirmed. پژوهش حاضر با هدف آزمون ارتباط علی بین شایستگی‏های دانش‏ آموختگان علوم مهندسی با کارآفرینی با نقش میانجی ‏گری اخلاق حرفه‏ ای مهندسی انجام گرفته است. روش پژوهش کاربردی و از منظر گردآوری داده‏ها، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بوده است. جامعه آماری کلیه دانشجویان دانشکده‏ های فنی و مهندسی دانشگاه تهران بودند که تعداد 306 نفر به شیوه نمونه‏ گیری تصادفی طبقه‏ ای انتخاب گردید. به ‏منظور گردآوری داده ‏ها، از پرسش‏نامه‏ های کارآفرینی، اخلاق حرفه ‏ای مهندسی و پرسش‏نامه محقق ساخته شایستگی‏ های مورد نیاز دانش ‏آموختگان علوم مهندسی استفاده شد. روایی پرسش‏نامه‏ ها با استفاده از روایی محتوایی سازه و پایایی آنها با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ تأیید شد. داده ‏ها با استفاده از آزمون‏های ضریب رگرسیون و مدل معادلات ساختاری تجزیه ‏و تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد که وضعیت کارآفرینی دانشجویان به طور مستقیم و غیرمستقیم از متغیرهای پیش‏بینی اخلاق حرفه‏ای و شایستگی‏ های دانش ‏آموختگی تأثیر می‏ پذیرد، همچنین تمام مؤلفه‏ ها در حد مطلوب و بسیار مطلوبی گزارش شده‏ اند و مدل داده ‏ها از برازش خوبی برخوردار است، بنابراین فرضیه کلی پژوهش مبنی بر “الگوی مفروض رابطه علی بین شایستگی ‏های مورد نیاز دانش ‏آموختگان علوم مهندسی با کارآفرینی با میانجی‏گری اخلاق حرفه‏ ای” تأیید شده است. https://ijee.ias.ac.ir/article_177578_b3adb5fd2409de01c40b60e4e452279f.pdf
