<br />Today's competition in the countries of the world is affected by globalization and other processes. In the competition, intangible assets such as knowledge or social capital are the keys to the economic development engine. A culture of excellence in education is necessary for the potential ability to act effectively in the field of economic development, but it is not enough to maintain the quality standards for research activities and promote the use of results in the local and global economy. The purpose of this paper is to examine and present the components of the fourth-generation universities and their role in the local and global economy. The research method is descriptive and analytical. Data collection and analysis have been carried out using available resources in academic libraries, authentic journals and higher education functions in such researchers. Several studies and approaches of the present age show that higher education is towards becoming professional and university as a source of valuable knowledge in generating economic growth through public awareness as well as relationships and networking between different sectors of mission and task transmission. <br />The analytical results of this study will help the universities of the country change their approaches from education and research to value added universities of work and practice through the impact of local and global economy and using valuable human capital resources. <br /><br /><br />

In the past three decades, technical and professional educations have been promoted in the developing countries and focus of engineering educations have been based on new pioneer technologies. The target of this paper is presentation of framework for exploration of e-manufacturing components for engineer's education. This research is done considering mixed research method in 3 phases. In the first phase the 7 steps method of Barroso and Sndlvsky meta-synthesis was used and primary conceptual framework was created. Then in the second phase by semi-structured interviewing with experts, supplementary model was concluded. In the third phase, in order for quantitative validation of the proposed framework, various statistical tests and confirmatory factor analysis have been used. Also structural equation modeling and path analysis for checking accuracy of assumptions is used. Testing model is carried via SmartPLS 3 software and after confirmation of path coefficients and meaningful coefficient (t-values), the model is checked with Cv-Red and Cv-Com indexes. Results of test indexes showed suitability of the proposed framework. Furhter results of the mentioned steps emphasized the scientific validity of research framework, thus research framework with 2 key components of (Management educations and Technology educations) and 8 sub components( EMS , SCM , CRM , E-Diagnostics , E-Maintenance , E-Commerce , New communication technology and Advanced manufacturing technologies) were confirmed .

The main purpose of this research is to identifying methods of promotion and development of entrepreneurship competencies in university students. Entrepreneurship consist a set of complex and multidimensional competencies that there growth is not possible with direct teaching methods and it needs some ranges of methods, resources and possibilities. In this research through qualitative approach, 3 consultative interviews have been hold. Two interviews with 7 expertise familiar with entrepreneurship background and one interview with 16 members of a principle group from Bu-Ali University faculty board members. The data analyzes has been shown using content analysis method comprehensive, organized and basic concepts. In cultural and extra-curricular areas some proposals have been provided such as publishing the news in entrepreneurship field, setting up the exhibitions, job counseling, official courses, holding industrial camps, creating alumni association, conducting tournaments and invite the entrepreneurs. In educational areas we can suggest the reviewing on curriculum, improving courses qualities, introducing university courses to society, granting privileges to professors and students and developing workshops and training opportunities. In research areas with introducing university capacities to society, developing growth (Roshd) centers. In managerial area, prepare the midterm and yearly entrepreneurship plan, strengthening the managerial beliefs for providing the bases of entrepreneurship opportunities for students. <br />

The purpose of the present study was to investigate the relationship between professional skills and curricula innovations among faculty members of Isfahan University and Isfahan University of Technology. The research method was descriptive-survey. The statistical population in this study included all the faculty members of Isfahan University and Isfahan University of Technology. Method of sampling was stratified random sampling and 90 persons (20 persons from technical-engineering department of University of Isfahan and 70 persons from technical-engineering department of Isfahan University of Technology) were selected as sample. Research data has been collected through standard questionnaire of professional skills and curricula innovations which is prepared by researcher. Results showed that there is significant relationship between the professional skills (educational designing, educational technology, teaching method and educational evaluation) with faculty members curricula innovations. <br /> <br /><strong> </strong>

Industrial engineering training has been recognized as a tool for transferring the industrial experience into university and implementing to improve the quality of academic engineering education. This paper introduces an integrated model of collaboration between a third generation, entrepreneurial university and industry. The suggested model includes industrial visits, technical meetings, industrial engineering training, problem definition, idea generation, and innovation. The elements of this model form a network of university professors, undergraduate and graduate students, fresh graduates, postdoc researchers, domestic as well as overseas academics and industrial experts. In this model, all activities merge to some extent and each activity affects and is affected by other activities. Results of implementing the proposed model for three years in a gas plant are presented and discussed as a case study. Results indicate a better learning, transformation in curriculum of industrial training course, more effective communication between industry and academic experts, creation of more innovative ideas. Its implementation indicate more effective transfer of experiences from industry to university in an integrated platform of engineering training, research and innovation.

Aim and scope: The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of cultural intelligence and perceived environmental support in sharing engineering students of Malayer University. As well as the relationships between cultural intelligence, perceived environmental support and knowledge sharing with the demographic variables and a score of academic achievement (grade point average) is studied.<br /> Methodology: The study method is a descriptive - correlation method and the research design is a structural equation type. The statistical population of the study consisted of all engineering students of Malayer University with 810 students. The sample size was determined using Morgan table. A total of 262 students were selected randomly. The data gathering tool includes the standard questionnaire of cultural intelligence (Ang et al., 2004), Knowledge sharing questionnaire (adapted from Malas and Ainin, 2015) and the university supporting climate. <br /> Findings: The results of structural equation analysis using Lisrel structural equation software show that the direct effect of cultural intelligence on knowledge sharing (0.50) with 3.31 t statistic is positive and significant at the significant level of 0.001. The direct effect of cultural intelligence on the supportive environment (0.70) with the T 41.5 statistic is positive and significant at the significant level of 001.0. The direct effect of supportive atmosphere on knowledge sharing (0.62) with and without statistical significance was 0.001. The indirect effect of cultural intelligence on knowledge sharing with the role of supportive mediator (0.43) with T-score of 56.2 is positive and significant at the significant level.
