Experiences of nations show that, in addition to existence of consistency in the societys structures and interactions among different sectors economic development is dependent on industrial development. With rapid development in science and technology, the rate of industrialization increases dramatically, in the national and international levels. On the other hand, interaction of university and industry expedite science and technology development and their expedition, speed up economic and industrial growth. But industrial development is an issue, which depends on technology advancement. Based on Literature, technology advancement is not dependent just on-firm performance. It is affected by firms mutual relationship with universities and research centers. Firms, in order to be innovative, make ties with production ofknowledge side. If this kind of relationship is weak, technology advancement will occur very slowy.
In this paper, by ment systems and innovation models, indicators of natinal innovation system and developments in engineering education as an appropriate ground of technology an industrial development are mentioned. With reflecting the brief results of a field research in scientific and industrial sectors, the characteristics of such a systeme is show. Lastly, mechanisms for improvement of interactin between academic and industrial sectors and engineering education as a basis for technology development are offeredFrom different aspects of development process, which attracted the attention of nations, is economic development. Among them engineers are recognized as one of the most eminent sectors that play an effective role in the industrial development of the society. Regarding the positions of the engineers in each country, it seems necessary for them to take no consideration the present facts and limitations such as cultural, economical, religious, environmental and even political problems in any industrial designs and technology development. In this paper the characteristics of an engineer working in industry, with respect to the existing conditions is studied. The optinions of a number of Iranian Engineering workng in industry about the present educational program at engineering schools is evaluated. Emphasis is made on the lacks of the social, management and economic courses. Finally, regarding the optained experiences in the development countries, some new suggestions are proposed to revising the engineering education programs, such that the graduated students have more information about national and international activites, programs an sustainable development.Any society is composed of different groups. Nature Controls systems in atomic scale, accuracy and control means every particle or trace stay at its own special place. Combination of these structures would have its own special properties. This phenomenon tries to reach anc control basic and fundamental structures to create and establish desired properties in materials, or chage and modify them in an optimum quality and quantity.
The accuracy, control and namufacturing scale causes basic changes in systems design. A New approach to all Sciences & Technologies(10-9) would cause a great technology revolution in industry and human being life
Extensive applications of this phenomenon folwed by Social, Political, Ethical and human righ; have this technology that weaps all the other science and technology fields.
