Abstract
The purpose of the present research is to analyze the factors that are effective in designing and launching the programs of engineering teaching for TozinNiroo Company. It is an analytic research with a statistic population of 110 engineers who have participated in designing and performing the engineering instructions. Data are collected through questionnaire. Experts have affirmed the validity of this questionnaire. A reliability of 0.863 which was obtained by Cronbach α coefficient indicates that it is appropriate for the current project. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS soft-ware. The results showed that about 84% of the total variance are explicated through “appropriateness of the needs with the business programs”, “alignment of the teaching objectives with the organization strategy”, “convergence of the teaching content with the occupational needs”, “using the new teaching methods”, “management of learning process”, and “crediting the assessment programs”. This percentage indicates the high effectiveness of the six aforesaid factors.
