Abstract

The purpose of conducting this research is to examine the relationship between intrinsic and extrinsic motivation with the creativity in students of Engineering Islamic Azad University (Lahijan Branch). Sexuality differences in creativity quantity has been studied among these students. Samples of study includes 280 of students (139 girls and 141 boys) selected with the use of stratified sampling method. Results were gathered through the abedi creativity and job preference questionnaires (special copy of student) and then analyzed through statistical method of multivariable regression analysis. The results showed that there isn't any meaningful relation between extrinsic motivation and sexuality with the creativity of students, but intrinsic motivation has positive and meaningful relation with the quantity of creativity in students
