Abstract

The aim of this study is to evaluate the external effectiveness of the project management curriculum in the College of Shiraz Electronic Industries, based on the eye of the competence model. Statistical population of this study was all graduated of project management courses in the College of Shiraz Electronic Industries. The instrument of this study was a researcher-made questionnaire. Questionnaires were distributed among statistical population and data were analyzed by descriptive statistics. The results indicated: 1) in technical competency, graduates’ knowledge, skill and attitude were higher than median level and were less than optimal level. 2) In behavioral competency, graduates’ knowledge, skill and attitude were higher than median level and were less than optimal level. 3) In contextual competency, graduates’ knowledge, skill and attitude were higher than median level and were less than optimal level.
