At first, the term ”Process Engineering” is described as a more appropriate title for “Chemical Engineering” and based on that, the fundamental differences of the discipline compared to other branches of engineering are mentioned. Then, the content of the course as the most fundamental subject of the main chemical engineering courses is given and the position and importance of the course among the others is clarified. Ways for successful presentation and better understanding of students are also outlined.
