Abstract

Due to the advancement in technology and globalization, only those institutions can excel which are providing quality education and constructive environment to their students. It is obvious that these factors can influence their satisfaction from higher education. The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between offered education services and students’ satisfaction from higher education. The study used the descriptive- correlation method. The participants in this study were educational science students of Tehran, Shahid Beheshty,  Amir Kabir and Kharazmi Universities. 370 university students were selected by convenience sampling. Data were collected by two self- designed questionnaires: 1) students’ satisfaction from higher education 2) offered education services in university. Data were analyzed using Pearson and step-by-step regression correlation technique. The results showed that there was significant relationship between dimensions of offered education services and students’ satisfaction from higher education. The step-by-step regression analysis indicated that teachers’ expertise is the most influential factor among all the variables. It is significant predictor of students’ satisfaction from higher education in a simple and complex form. Courses offered, learning environment and classroom facilities are significant predictor of students’ satisfaction from higher education in complex form.
