Abstract

Nowadays revisions of education are common among the programs in all engineering education systems. The most widely concern in advancing the engineers performances is creativity. The main achievement to advance the human progresses is based on creative mind, creative thinking and creative reactions. In spite of such importance, little attention has been made by psychologist and other experts on the including the subject of creativity on the education programs. Regarding the past two decades of education in our country, it is necessary to revise our education and include the subject of creativity on training students in all fields, specially the engineering students. The aim of the present work is to emphasize the role of cultural progress of creativity and its impact on the performance of the educators having creative mind.
