Business Process Reengineering (BPR), as a revolution at business companies, caused them to obtain more efficiency, fewer customer's complaints and huge profits. In this article we have described the definition and meaning of BPR, and the impotent factors for its success on the industries by showing a practical example, which describes the results of a survival research at the Customer Domain of Mashad Water and Wastewater Company, to minimize the weaknesses and threats of the company and maximize customers’ satisfaction with a glance at the company existent and available ICT products.
