The purpose of the present research was a survey on moral intelligence in engineering college at the University of Kashan. The type of research was applied research and survey research. The population of this research was all the engineering students in Kashan University of whom, 300 students were selected. The data were collected using moral intelligence questionnaires with 40 items in components four in terms of Likert 5 scale. Questionnaire validity confirmed by experts. By the use of Cronbach alpha coefficient, reliability coefficients were obtained, equal to 0.897. Data’s analysis does in inferential level (one sample T test, independent T-test and one way ANOVA) by SPSS 18 statistical software. Findings indicated that mean four components of moral intelligence in students was higher than average. The highest mean score related to honest 3.81. Also, there was significant difference among the students moral intelligence in terms of sex, marriage status and academic fields but this difference wasn't significant in terms of academic performance and academic course.
