چکیده

با شکل‌گیری چشم‌اندازهای نوین توسعه در قالب ایجاد جوامع دانشی و اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان در کشورهای مختلف و ضرورت تأمین منابع انسانی موردنیاز برای تحقق چنین اهدافی، بازتعریف سیاستهای کلان برای دوره‌های تحصیلات تکمیلی در نظام آموزش‌ عالی امری کاملاً ضروری است. بر این اساس دوره‌های دکتری باید پاسخ‌‌گوی تقاضای بازار کار بخشهای متفاوت جامعه باشند. شاید بتوان اهمیت بخشیدن به مهارتهای دانش‌آموختگان برای پاسخ‌گویی مناسب به نیازهای بازار کار را از مهمترین شاخصه‌های دوره‌های نوین تحصیلات تکمیلی برشمرد که به شیوۀ پژوهشی ارائه می‌شوند. در برنامه‌های نوین دکتری در سطح دانشگاههای کشورهای توسعه‌‌یافته به‌‌ویژه دانشگاههای اروپایی کسب تجربة دانشجو ازطریق آموزش مهارتهای پژوهشی و انتقال‌پذیر برای بهبود پیشرفت در تحصیل و توسعۀ حرفه‌ایها در آیندۀ شغلی اهمیت برجسته‌ای دارد. این مقاله ضمن معرفی مهارتهای عمومی و انتقال‌پذیر، به مرورِ انواع مهارتهای پژوهشی، که از جایگاه ویژ‌ه‌ای در دوره‌های تحصیلات تکمیلی برخوردارند، می‌پردازد. سپس از مهارتهای انتقال‌پذیر بحث می‌شود و به نمونه‌هایی از این مهارتها اشاره شده است. آنگاه موضوع آموزش مهارتها مورد توجه واقع شده و فنون تدریس مورد استفاده در این زمینه بیان شده است. در بخش بعدی، مقاله به ذکر تجاربی از آموزش مهارتها در دوره‌های‌ دکتری در برنامۀ مهندسی و تجارب اروپایی در این خصوص می‌پردازد. بخش پایانی مقاله نگاهی به ضعف جایگاه آموزش مهارتهای انتقال‌پذیر برنامه‌های دکتری در ایران و ضرورت پرداختن به این موضوع به‌ویژه در قالب دوره‌های دکتری پژوهش‌محور دارد که اخیراً در دانشگاههای ایران اجرایی شده است.

چکیده [English]

The emergence of new developmental perspectives in the framework of evolving knowledge societies and economies in different countries and the necessity of human resources needed to accomplish such goals, the redefinition of graduate programs policies is vital in the higher education systems. Accordingly, the doctoral programs must meet the demands of the labor market in different sectors of society. Perhaps, the importance of doctoral graduates' skills development in response to labor market needs may be outlined as one of the most important attributes of the new graduate research programs. In the graduate programs of the developed countries higher education institutes, especially the European universities, the experiences earned by students through research and transferable skills training have an outstanding impact on their career prospects. This paper introduces the generic and transferable skills, and presents an overview of the different types of research skills that have a special role in graduate programs. Then the transferable skills are discussed and examples of such skills are explained. Later on, the issue of skills training is considered and different training methods used in this field have been presented. In the next section, the paper outlines several experiences of skills training in doctoral engineering programs. Finally, the paper briefly looks at the weakness of the transferable skills training in doctoral programs in Iran and the need to address this issue, especially in research-based Ph.D programs that their implementation has recently begun in Iran.
