چکیده

امروزه، مراکز تخصصی دانشگاهی‏ و سازمانهای مهندسی به این دستاورد مهم نایل آمده‏اند که با تکیه بر نوآوری و توسعه و ترویج آن می‌توانند پیشگامی و برتریهای بلند مدت خود را در عرصه‏های رقابتی حفظ کنند. دو عامل تغییرات سریع فناوری و فشردگی رقابت در اهمیت روز افزون نو‌آوری در صنایع بیشترین نقش را دارند. در این پژوهش تلاش شده است با مراجعه به جامعه‏ مدیران و پژوهشگران (مخترعان) کشور موانع اساسی رشد و بهره برداری از نوآوری شناسایی شود. پژوهش حاضر از نوع کاربردی و روش آن پیمایشی بود. برای بررسی نتایج از آزمون دو جمله‌ای، آزمون مقایسه میانگین رتبه، آزمون مقایسه واریانس و آزمون رتبه‌بندی فریدمن استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان داد که از دیدگاه مدیران و پژوهشگران بی‌ثباتی در قوانین حمایتی و نبود سرمایه‏ کافی از جمله موانع مهم رشد، توسعه و کاربست نتایج نو‌آوری و اختراعات محسوب می‌شوند. همچنین، نتایج نشان داد که در میزان تأثیر موانع موجود، بین نظر پژوهشگران و مدیران اختلاف و‏جود دارد، به‌گونه‌ای که پژوهشگران منابع مالی را با اهمیت می‌دانند، ولی مدیران موانع مرتبط با آموزش را مهم‌تر به شمار می‌‏آورند.

چکیده [English]

Nowadays, higher education institutes and engineering organizations have achieved this important matter that they can maintain their initiative and advantages in long term competition by innovation and its development and extension. Both factors including rapid changing technology and intense competition have the key role in considering the increasingly innovation in industries. In this research, we tried to identify some essential barriers of development and exploitation of innovation by referring to the Iran managers and inventors community. This is an applied research and an objectively survey. To analyze the data, we used Friedman Test. The results showed that instability of supportive rules and regulations, and insufficient funds are the most important barriers of development and exploitation of innovation from managers and inventors point of view so that the inventors and managers respectively mentioned financial resources and matters relating to training as the most important barrier.
