الگوی بهینۀ توسعۀ فضاهای آموزشِ عالی از منظر ارگونومی

چکیده
امروزه، توجه به مباحث ارگونومی در نظام ‏های آموزشی به اولویتی مهم تبدیل شده است چراکه اعتقاد بر این است که این حوزه بر کیفیت نظام آموزشی تأثیر می‏گذارد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی الگوی بهینۀ توسعۀ فضاهای آموزشِ عالی از منظر ارگونومی تدوین شده است. روش پژوهش کیفی است و از نظریۀ داده بنیاد برای طرح یک چارچوب تحلیلی انتزاعی استفاده می‏کند. نمونۀ آماری پژوهش شامل 25 استاد باسابقه می‏شود که، براساس نمونه ‏گیری غیراحتمالی و نمونه ‏گیری هدفمند (نظری)، دو نوع آن را با نام‏ های حداکثر تنوع (ناهمگون) و گلولۀ برفی انتخاب کرده ‏ایم. شایان ذکر است که نمونۀ آماری هم در دانشگاه حضور دارد و هم درخصوص موضوع پژوهش از اطلاعاتی نسبتاً جامع برخوردار است. همچنین اطلاعات جمع‏ آوری ‏شده را به‏ وسیلۀ نرم ‏افزار ATLAS.tiTM تحلیل کرده ‏ایم. براساس نتایج، آموزشِ عالی نیازمند بازنگری کلی در حوزۀ ارگونومی، به‏ مثابۀ عاملی مهم و تأثیرگذار بر کیفیت آموزشی، است.

چکیده English

Nowadays, attention to ergonomics issues in educational systems has become an important priority because it is believed that this area affects the quality of the educational system. The present study was developed with the aim of designing an optimal model for the development of higher education spaces from an ergonomic perspective. The research method is qualitative and uses data-driven theory to design an abstract analytical framework. The statistical sample of the study includes 25 experienced professors, of which we have selected two types based on non-probability sampling and purposive sampling (theoretical), namely maximum diversity (heterogeneous) and snowball. It is worth noting that the statistical sample is present at the university and has relatively comprehensive information on the research topic. We have also analyzed the collected information using ATLAS.tiTM software. Based on the results, higher education needs a general review in the field of ergonomics, as an important factor affecting educational quality.
